- Labs are to be done fasting
- Labs must be completed at least 4 days prior to scheduled appointment, so results will be available at consultation

Testosterone Therapy

-plan includes:
- bi-weekly testosterone cypionate sub-Q injections
- Prescription for medication is sent to patients' home from compounding pharmacy
- repeat basic blood work panel in 3 months
- supplies, such as syringes, alcohol wipes and if needed auto injector (additional cost)
- discuss nutrition needs for testosterone production
- **Vial of testosterone is paid by patient when refill is needed. Patient is responsible to notify office for refill.
