Low testosterone or "low T" (andropause - male menopause) is the gradual decline of male hormones as we age. It is very treatable but often is underdiagnosed condition which can affect a males quality of life such as relationships, work performance, mental focus, sexual health, family and hobbies.


Low T is when levels fall below the ranges that are recommended. Levels can range from around 1000 to the low end of less than 350. Range recommendations are between 700 to 900. Once a client is identified as a candidate for replacement a supervised treatment plan will be developed.

At the initial consultation, full lab panel will be reviewed and explained. If you are a candidate for testosterone replacement a treatment plan will be discussed. Folllow up will be in 3 months with lab work to evaluate how the treatment is working. At this time if adjustments need to be made your provider will discuss with you. 


Treatments consist of taking a subQ injection twice a week along with recommended supplements. Injections are the most effective treatment, these are self-administered at home. Other treatments may be recommended at this time depending on exam and lab work.
