Frequently Asked Questions

1st -call and schedule a free 10 minute consultation via phone call or in person appointment to discuss any questions, concerns, pricing and programs.

2nd-schedule your initial health wellness and laboratory review appointment.  Once this is scheduled, labs will be ordered and will need to be done prior to appointment.  At that time all labs will be reviewed one by one.  Following health exam and labs review, a treatment plan will be discussed.  If you decide to continue with treatment plan, at this time medications will be ordered and shipped to your home.

Your Pinnacle Health does not take any insurance as most of the treatments are  "off label" and not covered by insurance. Our pricing allows us to spend the necessary time with our clients to have all questions and concerns addressed. 

Your Pinnacle Health takes your privacy very important. We use encryption technology to protect your medical records. We can give you a copy of our privacy policy at anytime. 

First we want to thank you for trusting us with your health. We want to make sure that you feel comfortable when speaking with us, we want all our patients to be honest with us about there issues and concerns so we can treat you correctly.  We take your feelings and health very serious, we do not want you to be embarrassed during the consultation.

Yes, we offer a discount if you pay 3 months or more in advance.

If staff is contacted more than 24 hours in advance, accommodations can be made.

Yes, there is a $50 fee for missed appointments.

Once initial consultation is paid, labs will be ordered and you will receive an email to take with you to lab corp. Labs need to be done as soon as possible, so that the results are back and ready to be reviewed at your consultation.  

If labs are not back at the time of your scheduled consultation, then the appointment will need to be re-scheduled.
